Operator and contact
VendorIQ is operated by Jeonghun Kim in the Republic of Korea.
For service inquiries, account requests, privacy concerns or review appeals, please use our Contact form. This form is our designated channel for receiving inquiries.
Information we use
We use your account email and authentication details to sign you in and protect your account. VendorIQ stores saved companies, ratings, review drafts, relationship evidence, moderation decisions, reports, points and notifications. Contact requests contain the name, email, optional company and message you provide.
We use this information to operate the directory, assess experience evidence, publish eligible reviews, handle disputes, maintain rewards and prevent abuse. Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage. Data may be processed outside your country depending on the configured infrastructure.
What other members can see
Published reviews show the company, review category, client or employee role, scores, review text and publication date. Quick Ratings contribute to company averages and counts. Community posts and comments are visible to other members. Your email and uploaded evidence are not included in published reviews. Authorized administrators can inspect evidence and reports.
Review text can still identify you indirectly. Remove names, project identifiers and confidential details. Do not upload patient data, passwords, trade secrets or unredacted contracts.
Storage and retention
Account records are retained while your account is active. Submitted evidence is kept privately during verification and while the associated review remains available, including any related dispute. A published-review withdrawal removes the review from member view but does not immediately erase the private moderation record or evidence.
To request deletion of your account, evidence or other personal information, use Contact us. We verify the request and review any records that must be retained for security, an active dispute or applicable legal obligations. We explain any exception rather than promising immediate removal from all systems and backups. To request removal of evidence attached to an unused draft, include the review reference in your Contact form request.
Your choices and account security
You can edit your saved companies and Quick Ratings, set a password in My Profile, and use the email verification flow on the login page to recover access. Use a unique password and do not share verification codes.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and raise a privacy concern through Contact us. The rights available depend on applicable law. An account-deletion or privacy request is separate from voluntary review withdrawal and is not conditional on your points balance. We may ask you to verify control of the account; never send a password or login code.
Browser storage
The app uses browser storage for authentication and session continuity. Signing out ends your current app session; it does not delete your account or submitted contributions.
Review and reward rules
Submit your own professional experience and distinguish facts from opinions. Do not impersonate others, post fabricated reviews, expose confidential information, harass people or use multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or rewards. A verified label means the submitted relationship evidence was approved; it is not a guarantee of every statement or of a company’s performance.
Each account may create one detailed review per company across all service categories and client/employee roles. Drafts, rejected reviews and withdrawn reviews also count toward this limit. Each account may keep one Quick Rating per company and edit that existing rating. Each account can earn 50 points for its first Quick Rating of each company and 1,000 points for its first published verified review of each company. During the Boost Point event (15 October–14 November 2026, through 23:59 KST), eligible new Quick Ratings earn 100 points and verified reviews published during the event earn 2,000 points. The event notice states the exact dates in Korea time; the reward boost ends at 00:00 KST on 15 November 2026. No retroactive bonuses apply. Normal rates resume after the event. Three best-review authors will receive an additional prize based on usefulness and specificity, regardless of positive or negative sentiment; prize details and winners will be announced in Announcements. Withdrawal returns the full amount actually earned, including the boost. Another company can earn another reward. Edits and additional reviews of the same company do not earn another reward. Rewards are independent of whether feedback is positive or negative.
For voluntary withdrawal, return only the reward actually earned by that review. You need enough points to cover that amount. A review that earned no reward has no withdrawal cost. Withdrawal removes the review and its scores from publication and cannot be undone. The original company reward remains used, so reposting does not earn it again.
Reports require a reason. An administrator reviews the report and may dismiss it or withdraw the review with an explanation. An administrator can withdraw a review regardless of the author’s balance and recover its reward; the balance can become negative. If you disagree, contact us with the review reference and your explanation.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Available rewards are a coffee e-voucher for 2,000 points and a randomly selected cosmetic product for 10,000 points. Rewards are available in South Korea only: vouchers are for use in South Korea, and physical products are shipped only to addresses in South Korea. Brand or product selection, voucher expiry, stock availability and shipping terms are displayed before redemption. Rewards are processed in batches every weekend (Korea time). Coffee vouchers are sent by text message; physical delivery may arrive after the weekend. Points are deducted when requesting a reward. Requests may be cancelled for a full refund before processing starts. If a reward cannot be fulfilled, an administrator cancels the request and refunds the points. Issued vouchers cannot be automatically cancelled or reused; contact us if a voucher has a problem. For coffee rewards we collect a Korean mobile number and share it with Addcon (Daou Technology) to send the voucher. For physical rewards we collect recipient name, phone, Korean address and an optional delivery note. Authorized administrators use these details for fulfilment and delivery enquiries and share necessary delivery details with the shipping provider. Contact us to request deletion; cancelled orders have their delivery details removed. Reviews are currently free to read. Subscription prices and point-based access terms have not been set; any future paid offering will have separate terms before purchase.
